Endesign Consultants has successfully delivered a diverse array of projects across the UK, including residential, commercial, educational and refurbishment schemes. Below is a selection of projects from our portfolio.



Lowther Drive, London
This project comprised of a loft conversion, a two-storey rear extension, a front porch and internal alterations. The structural design incorporated steel beams and columns.




The Green, Chingford, London
We provided structural engineering services alongside a design management role for this project. The ground floor refurbishment involved the removal of load bearing walls.


Wigmore Street, London
We were appointed to provide a structural engineering feasibility report, including the assessment of load bearing walls and structural requirements for their removal.




Bushbarns, Waltham Cross
This project included a single-storey rear and side extension. We provided the structural design, including pad foundations and bridging over an existing sewer.


Flamstead End, Waltham Cross
This scheme involved the refurbishment of an existing timber framed cottage, including the formation of new openings which were formed by multiple steel box frames.




Weir Hall Road, London
This scheme comprised of a new-build residential dwelling. The structural design adopted was a traditional load bearing masonry construction supported on trench foundations.



Perrysfield Road, Waltham Cross
A ground floor front extension was proposed for this project. We provided our structural engineering expertise which included the design of a steel picture frame.




Chapel Road, Tadworth, Surrey
This project involved the conversion of a historic chapel into a single residential dwelling. New timber mezzanine structures were designed to form a first floor level.



Trinity Avenue, London
We provided a building regulation package and the structural design for this scheme which included a rear extension, chimney breast removal and internal alterations.




High Road, Barnet, London
This project proposed the demolition of the existing roof to form a mansard roof. We designed steel cranked frames and strengthened the structure for the new load arrangement.
